What began as a simple Instagram idea quickly became something much bigger. Alyssa Suttles—a wife, mother, and dedicated Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky real estate professional—has always been driven by a passion for connecting, collaborating, and creating alongside other women in business. After seeing the extraordinary response to one viral social media project, she recognized the potential to build something lasting: a national community rooted in encouragement, authenticity, opportunity, and collaboration over competition.

An award-winning agent and respected industry connector, Alyssa has served the Greater Cincinnati area since May 2022. After being named “Rookie of the Year” at her brokerage, she continued to establish herself as a top-producing agent while simultaneously serving as Director of Growth at TREO Realtors and leading WRSM’s continued national expansion. Alyssa travels throughout the year to some of real estate’s largest conferences and conventions, continually strengthening WRSM’s national presence and bringing valuable relationships, visibility, resources, and opportunities back to its members. Today, WRSM stands as a reflection of her belief that women are stronger together—and that success is most meaningful when it creates space for others to rise alongside you. Its members have become one of Alyssa’s greatest priorities, and she takes immense pride in being someone they can turn to as a mentor, a friend, or simply a steady shoulder to lean on.
